Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use GridLink. By creating an account you confirm you meet that age.

You are responsible for the information you put in your profile and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information about your trade, license, and experience.

GridLink is free for tradespeople. We show you a Trade Path generated from your profile. Only if you turn on partner sharing, we make your profile visible to vetted training programs and employers.

• Impersonate someone else or fake credentials.
• Use the service to send spam or harass others.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse other users' data.
• Attempt to break the security of the platform.

You keep ownership of anything you upload (including your resume and profile notes). You grant GridLink a limited license to store, display, and process that content so we can operate the service for you.

You can delete your account at any time from Manage Privacy & Sharing. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

GridLink is provided "as is". Trade Path recommendations, licensing information, and pay data are informational and not a guarantee of a job, an income, or a licensing outcome.

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the version number and require you to agree again the next time you sign in.
